This Indigenous contemporary cluster style represents two distinct but connected groups, or in this case circles. They form the basis for the two way partnership between the Consultative Committee, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Communities and Education sectors. The distinct sectors are inter-connected to the central body allowing a direct two way relationship while maintaining their individual uniqueness
